Street Address Maildrop Service (SAMS)

You will be provided with a real street address right in the heart of the Central Business District in Singapore. When any of your mail arrives, you will be informed by an e-mail. You will then decide whether you want us to hold it, mail it to your local address or to another address in a different country. We will not forward your mails without your instructions. (see rate).

PO Box Mail Forwarding Service (POMS)

You will be provided with a PO Box mailing address in Singapore. You can use up to two different names with this mailing address. Your mails are collected everyday (except on Sundays and Public Holidays) and you will be informed by e-mail of the receipt of your mails. You will decide whether you want us to hold the mail(s) or forward it to your designated address or to another address, anywhere in the world. We will not forward your mails without your instructions. You have full control of when and where your mails will be forwarded to (see rate).

Fax Forwarding Service (FFS)

You will be provided with a Singapore registered fax number (+656XXXXXX). You need not own a fax machine to receive faxes. All faxes will be received in digital form and will be forwarded to your e-mail address. You can easily open/read your faxes using the built-in imaging software in Windows OSs. There is no limit to the number of fax pages that can be received and forwarded to you. There is also no additional charge to forward faxes to your e-mail address. A small fee will be incurred per page faxed to your local fax machine, however (see rate).

Emergency Offshore Fax Forwarding Service (FFSe)

You will be provided with a Singapore registered fax number (+656XXXXXX). All faxes will be auto-forwarded to your email address. The price you pay is for a 1 week of fax forwarding service. (see rate).

Voice Mail (VM)

You will be provided with a unique Singapore registered voice mail number (+656XXXXXX). This voicemail system can store up to 30 voice messages. You can retrieve your voice messages any where in the world by dialing into your voicemail box and enter a pin code. Application fee is currently waived (see rate).

Re-mailing Service (RS)

We will re-mail any mail you send to us to any address in any country postmarked in Singapore. The addressee or recipient of your mail will see that the mail is sent from Singapore. The actual location of where you are is not known. To use this service, you enclose the addressed envelop (without postal stamp) into a bigger envelop, stamp it and mail to us. Once we receive it, we will remove the outer envelop, shred it, place the correct amount of postage on the actual mail, and send it by airmail on the same day of receipt.

Users of our re-mailing service only pay the actual postal charges and a small handling fee (see rate).
