Our Prices

Street Address Maildrop Service (SAMS)

Mail Receiving, Holding, Forwarding

• standard fee is US$250 annually or US$150 for 6 months. It covers one maildrop account with up to two names. Any additional name is US$30 extra.

• we charge an administrative fee of US$5 for each change of name in which your mail will arrive.

• initial pre-paid postage deposit of US$50 is required for airmail or US$100 for courier forwarding. We charge actual postage costs for airmail plus US$3 handling fee. For courier forwarding, we charge actual courier costs plus US$8 handling fee. The fees are deducted from your pre-paid postage deposit.

PO Box Mail Forwarding Service (POMS)

• the annual fee we ask is US$120
• initial pre-paid postage deposit of US$50 is required for airmail or US$100 for courier forwarding. We charge actual postage costs for airmail plus US$3 handling fee. For courier forwarding, we charge actual courier costs plus US$8 handling fee. The fees are deducted from your pre-paid postage deposit.

Fax Forwarding Service (FFS)

• the annual fee we ask is US$100 plus pre-paid deposit of US$20
• fax received & forwarded by email is free
• fax forwarded to a fax number is charged at US$1 (per page) deducted from pre-paid deposit

Emergency Fax Forwarding Service (FFSe)

• the weekly fee we ask is US$10
• fax received & forwarded by email is free
• fax forwarded to a fax number is charged at US$1 (per page) deducted from pre-paid deposit

Voicemail Number (VM)

• the application fee of US$35 is currently waived
• the annual subscription fee is US$250

Re-mailing Service (RS)

• there is no extra fee for our existing maildrop clients. All we charge is the actual postage costs plus US$3 handling fee. For courier forwarding, we charge the actual postage costs plus US$8. The fees are deducted from your pre-paid postage deposit.
• other clients using our Re-mailing Service only have to place a US$50 pre-paid postage deposit for normal airmail delivery or a US$100 deposit for courier forwarding. Handling fee is US$5 + actual postage per piece of letter re-mailed or US$15 + actual postage for any package not more than two kilograms (gross weight). There will be a surcharge of US$8 for every additional one kilogram or part thereof. There is no annual subscription or any additional fees.
